Should I resubmit URL if I have made keyword changes in the content?
I have made some changes in some of my hubs and am wondering if I should resubmit these url's or if they will automatically be "crawled" and I do not need to resubmit. Any help will be appreciated and I hope this isn't a really dumb question.
