If 1000 people view your hubs, on average how many of them will click on an ad?
That's too little information to tell. If it's a product ad and many people are eager to buy it then the number of clicks will be higher. It might also depend on the topic: the need for hotel accommodation is probably more common than buying real estate so the clicks on ads will reflect that. But this is just an example; you could say a small percentage will click out of a 1000.
I'm told that the determining factor is where your traffic came from; and search engine traffic is the traffic that typically clicks the adsense ads.

I got into an interesting discussion on another thread, and thought it would make a good thread itself. The question of the day is how do you feel about other hubbers clicking on an ad in your hubs?Personally I really don't see a problem with it as long as the ad interests them from a good quality...

I have noticed that upon removing Kontera from my hubs that my AdSense earnings went up. Kontera seemed pretty useless even when I was earning with it because the click were not really all that profitable. One AdSense click seems to be worth more than a Kontera click even when it's like one of the...

I just started hubbing and I was wondering if those who had been here a while could let me know what kind of results they have had with the referral program? Has anyone tried running advertisements with their hubpage url anywhere? What kind of results did that get? Thanks!

So far all my clicks on adsense ads on my hubs have yielded a pretty small return. Nothing more than a few cents per click, while on my other sites i have gotten more. Why is this the case and is it the same for you? At this rate its gonna be pretty hard to make anything substantial from hubpages.

Here's something for you guys to consider, and I am simply reiterating a comment I made on another post. You need organic traffic to your Hubs! Why? If you are using adsense, or any other monetization method on Hubpages, you will not, I repeat, you will NOT get credit for clicks on your ads from...
