Dupe title warning, but doesn't stop from moving forward

I tried publishing hubs on two different browsers and it won't let me get past the initial phase of the hub creation.  I'm posting a screen shot of the rejection I am getting.

Sorry for the problems you are experiencing creating a Hub.
We are unaware of any system issues that would be affecting publication of Hubs.

The error you are seeing can be related to the web browser and/or Internet connectivity.

I would suggest starting with these steps, including clearing your browser cache.

Does the issue persist if you use a browser other than Chrome in OS X 10.8.2?

It happened in Firefox, Chrome, and Safari.  I am currently at work and will not be able to check if it works until after 8PM PST

That makes me think it might be a network connectivity issue.
Let me know what you find.

Ah! I see the issue now.

Make sure to carefully read all the messages on the screen as you create your Hub.

You should be getting a message that the title you are using has already been used.

Changing your title should resolve the issue.
