RESOLVED: If SMS phone verification doesn't work use SMS & vice versa

    I wanted to publish my first HubPage, so when it asked me to do verification, I chose phone SMS method. I did not receive any verification code on my mobile and now I am stuck. There is no way to change the verification method to try the "call me" method.

    I tried searching on the forums/FAQ, but could not find any help.

    - I stay in India
    - I had entered correct country code and mobile number

    Any help?

      If you don't get any support here, go to the Help link (http://hubpages.com/help-wizard/), click on "I have HubPages Account Issues" and Team HubPages will take care of you promptly. They're really good.

      BTW I just read this in the FAQ,

      NOTE: Be aware that some mobile carriers block the service we use to verify phone numbers via SMS. If you are not receiving SMS verification codes. Try using voice verification instead of SMS.

      But how to change to voice verification? Whenever I try to publish the Hub, it simply asks me to enter the verification code.

      Do I need to try publishing another?

      RESOLVED.

      When it asks for verification code, there is a link "try again". I clicked it and this time used the "call me" process. The process took few seconds and it was done.
