To Team@HubPages, there should be a section which is a cross between the question/answer section and the forums. In this section, people can ask questions which can lead to discussions and further, more detailied answers in addition to further and longer comments. People tend to feel more comfortable in the question section than in the forums. Since people feel more comfortable in the question section, a new question/discussion section should be created. I would LOVE that!
And this would be different from the forums...how?
according to their current defined usage, the forums...
...are an online meeting place for Hubbers to discuss things beyond their Hubs. Hubbers get to know one another, give each other advice, help each other out, and converse about things that interest them.
...are primarily focused on discussion between many different people.
...allow the community to complement each individual Hubber’s own talents and interests, to provide a living and growing repository for shared wisdom, mutual support and inspiration.
How is the need you are describing not being met?

Anyone else notice the "related discussion" links at the bottom of a forum page yet? Links to years old forum threads, the kind that when you try to post you are asked if you really have something to...
