...a hubber banned over three months ago has a hubber score of 60.  That's a passing grade.

28 featured hubs only gets me +17 on that.

HubberScore is largely based on the HubScores from all of your Hubs.

The HubScore is derived by the QAP.  A score can change each time the Hub is edited and evaluated, so editing your Hubs can be a good strategy to improve these scores and therefore your HubberScore as well.

You can find a bit more about HubScore and HubberScore here.

If a banned member with no hubs has 60... 60 is essentially free and nothing to do with your hubs?

I would feel happier about my 77 if the first 60 points weren't free.

Mine dropped three points in one day. I have no idea why except that my views are also dropping. I remember the last time I was at 89. It is kind of crazy to have a banned member at 60.
