Can't Add Returns? Check Character Count

    Hello Everyone,

My transition to HubPages has been very smooth. I've been able to edit as much as I want and only a few photos have been missing.

In one of my hubs, I have 4 callout modules. I can only edit one. I get to the edit page but the text window will only let me subtract text, I can't shift the text to make more lines for a better layout.
They are song lyrics, so right now they're all jumbled up. Here is a screen jpg.

Is this a bug that can be fixed ? I hope so.

Is it okay I put the url? here it is:

You can see the first callout edited fine.

That's terrible. I'm wondering why the problems with them are not uniform with everybody. I probably need to turn them into text modules. sad

      Hi Kim,

You are unable to add spaces/returns because you have no more characters left. See the bottom righthand corner of the callout? It says "0 characters left".

Hope this helps! LMK if you have any other questions.

Thank you so much! You're right. I guess the character count is smaller here because these modules weren't over the limit before.  smile

I have not had any problems editing my callouts.

I would like to add new ones, and hope HP created a permanent callout capsule.

And I also wish I could format the text in a callout.
