New to Hubpages

      Hi Anna,

      Welcome to HubPages.

      You've made a really good start with this hub.

      I would remove the capitalisation from the ingredients list:

      200g caster sugar
      200g softened unsalted butter
      200g self-raising flour

      Also remember that most people will not be from the UK/Europe, so include US measurements in cups.

      Not many people will be able to purchase clotted cream (or even have heard of it) so change it, or offer a suitable substitute.

      I looked at your profile too. HubPages is not a blogging platform; it's a magazine site, therefore each hub is a standalone article. Most people will find your articles via search engines, not your profile so don't try to link your hubs together unless they are very similar.
