I have just finished my first Hub and I was wondering how strict Hubpages are with links? I have five links and they are spread out nice and evenly over the Hubpage. These are not affiliate hoplinks but a domain that I purchased then forwarded to my affiliate offering. Looks better than an ugly hoplink:)If your going for a keyword domination would it be alright to link a Squidoo Lens to a Hub Page as an additional back link to help with page rank?
We only allow 2 links to each domain, per hub. You can see all our rules regarding linking at http://hubpages.com/hub/overly-promotional
As far as backlinks, yes, linking from a Squidoo lens or any other site will be helpful to your hub, both in terms of traffic and search engine ranking.
Only two links per domain per hub.
It doesn't matter how spread out they are on the hub.
