I would send them an email and tell them to drop it...They have all their contact info on this page:
Well, it's only showing a paragraph of the article then people have to click on your article to read it all.
I'm not a SEO expert but the site may benefit you for two reasons.
#1 You can get extra readers from Boxxet to your hub.
#2 The site did not copy your entire article and provided a link to your Hub on HubPages. Even if they did, HubPages should outrank them in SERP.
