hey I would just like to introduce myself, I'm a newbie here, a wannabe translator and future anthropology student who finds this an interesting place to write down some of my thoughts, and hope to get enough revenue to help me up through college, (not much I guess, just enough to be able to buy the occasional textbook).
I'd like to ask all the more experienced hubbers for all the adice they can spare,  starting with a simple question, "blurbs or essays", I'm afraid of posting large essays since I'm a bit of a perfectionist and I'm afraid Ill always leave something out so I'm thinking of posting blurbs of ideas that just spring to mind and later collecting them in longer articles.

I hope to hear from you all

oh and also I just posted my first article in a series of practical solutions for a greener living here, i hope you enjoy it http://hubpages.com/hub/zero_almost_emssion_part_1

(oh and as an european car driver (wich as any europeans drives only manual gearbox cars) im thinking of posting a followup to yodwags http://hubpages.com/hub/How_to_drive_a_ … ission_car describing some of the more advanced uses and joys of driving a manual transmission car including tips on how to lower the your fuel usage with some easy everyday sitchshift tricks )

its a matter or what your content is in your hub sometimes you need to do it in essay form and others you can blurb , if in essay form approx 600 words works best for readership good luck with hubpages i hope you make some money to help you through college have fun.....jimmy

well actually I used to go by mr blue back in the irc days, but maybe you would prefer monsieur bleu mon ami wink

(nice hub btw, ( http://hubpages.com/hub/French_Vacations_are_french_lazy I don't supose you can find me a portuguese translation of it, since my french is atrocious and I think reading the book in english will be further from the original french than a portuguese translation)
