Well, you sold me on it! I want to play this game now and I'm not even a gamer!

I think someone looking for the game will read your hub all the way through even though it is not broken up with pictures and stuff.

If the game is called The Binding of Isaac, then remember to capitalize the full title whenever you mention it.

Also, what platforms can it be played on? I haven't seen reference to that. You have 'pc' as a tag, so I am assuming it is a pc game, but readers might want to know what other platforms can be used (and they may not notice the tag).

The app store you sent them to shows a price in euros. That will turn US folk off as they use dollars, obviously, so it might be a good idea to find a place sells it in dollar and put that price alongside the euros.

There is one photo top right which is fine. I am wondering where your adverts are though?

I can't see anything in the hub that should result in them being removed?

I don't know if it is because of references to sacrifice and killing with a big knife, but they are only mentioned once so shouldn't be that.

Thanks, very good feedback. Also, you said that there aren't any ads? Partly the reason why i'm trying this out, to see what the salary for this kinda stuff is, but without ads, no money right? So, what excactly removes the ads? ;s

Of course, but I am not seeing any ads on your hub at all, just the blank spaces where they should go.

I want you to think carefully. From the moment you published the hub did you see any ads?

That big blank space right under your photo should have an ad, like the space under your avatar.

If not, and there are no messages on your hub about ads being disabled by HP, then there is the possibility that a Google bot disabled your ads.

The ONLY thing I am seeing on your hub is where you quoted the 'story' behind the game and while I think that is mild, a Google bot may have misinterpreted it.

I know that is an important part of your hub, but try taking that part away, and see if the ads come back themselves?

If they do, then take these words and put them into an image, as the bot can't read images, and put it back on the hub.

So i tried posting it as a picture, and it actually works kinda well, like an appetizer. But the ads are still gone. I then tried removing the picture of the text, and the ads were back. You were clearly right that it's some of the text, but i read somewhere that when the ads get disabled, some people will look at it and decide if it is really inappropriate, so should i just wait?

Either play around with your words again to see if the ads come back on their own, or contact HP staff for help.

I honestly do not see anything wrong with your hub and yet I see no ads.

      email team@hubpages.com

Edit: You said the ads came back without the picture of the text? How odd! Maybe they can read the text in pictures now, if so that is a new thing.

Can you re-word the words in the picture? Take away any references to big knives, killing and sacrifices - honestly Google is going too far the other way!

Just trying to help because HP staff are snowed under with work and are usually slow to respond, and you want those ads back there quickly, because without them you can't make any money off that hub.

Well honestly my adsense account is still under revision, so i'm still not making any money yet (: You seem like you have things figured out though, do you have any hints? It's a bit off topic but still. So far i have created my blog and i'm trying google analytics, digg.com, google adsense and hubpages. And i'm writing as much as i can (: Any more hints? This is sort of a hobby, but it would sure be nice to make some money on it.

Ps. the ads are back as far as i can see (:

Yes I just checked and your ads are back. Excellent!!

You'll want to have several hubs up before Adsense will give you an account, but to be honest a quicker way is to start a Google blog over at blogspot, stick up 5 or 6 posts, then follow the advice to monetise it on the blog dashboard.

Once you have your account number, link it to here.

If you are a gamer and know your games, hints tips cheats etc, those types of hubs do really well I am told.

Go and look up SEO and read everything you can about it, and incorporate everything you learn about keywords, positioning, density etc in your next hubs, and the more hubs you make and the more you learn, the more traffic you will be able to generate, which in turn means more money.

Good luck and welcome to Hubpages smile

Thanks for all your help, man! I'll get to it immediately. One more thing, what's the account number, and where should i link it for what reason? (:

You adsense account number, the one you haven't been granted yet.

An important thing about Adsense to remember, is that you only ever get the one account, so take care of it. There will only be one number issued, so don't lose it.

And you need that number to partake in the Hubpages earnings program. It'll arrive via email.

So as i have created this one account, i can never create another? And what can i not change on this google adsense account? Like, can i change the paypal account associated, and such. And the name on it? Just throwing stuff out there (:

You are starting to confuse me now. Your Google Adsense account is not linked to Paypal.

Google Adsense pay you by check or, I believe, bank debit if you live in the US.

I think you are getting mixed up with your Hubpages account. You can open as many of them as you wish, and use your ONE Adsense account in them all.

That is the Adsense Account that you have applied for and not yet got. They may refuse to issue one until you have more hubs, so get writing and stop posting here!

                  Orders! lol
