   i have notice so many people I know now complain alot about facebook and now spend lesser time there...what do you think

   yes and no, I mean I have a facebook to stay in touch with my family but now its getting kind of old, and they keep changing it wayy too much!

   I'm tired of it, but then again I've never been much into it... It's a waste of time if you ask me, because most of it is trying to impress "friends" about something one did or whatever and it's so shallow that is scary...

   No, it still have relevance and importance.  Some people might be tired because of over usage of this network.  Still millions of people love it and are addicted to it.  But I personally love Orkut.

   I only spend enough time on fb to check on others photos and updated news. I don't think it has totally run its course yet, as far as interests go in it. But I don't spend too much time there if I can help it. It can be boring at times.

   Maybe my Facebook friends are 'tame' compared to others' lists. Looking at that page has now become b-o-r-i-n-g!
   
   When I gaze on my Facebook page, the only activity is - I like this;I like that, or maybe a thumbs up here and there. AND, 4 people in my group of 300+  must live for Facebook, because I see these 4 particular avatars in action ALL the time!
   
   Seriously considering cancelling my FB page because no good, honest and open debate takes place there. Snooooooooooooze. ...

   I think people will always need a social network to use, but if Facebook makes the same mistakes Myspace made when it went corporate, they could wind up another barren wasteland on the internet.

    When facebook started to become more and more popular, I was very interested an enthusiastic about this new network, abandoning my boring bebo account to start chatting, commenting and liking my friends posts about their lives. However, I now go on networking sites like twitter or stumble upon and find that facebook doesn't have the same energy as it once did. Facebook is now boring, I go on there daily but only as a habbit as it is only good for keeping and sharing photos. Otherwise I believe facebook is a very big attention seeking contest with the statuses and photos that just exsist for likes and aren't meaningfull at all. Also lastly facebook always messes up and loses connection making it very frustrating!!

    Quite frankly, I'm bored with it, just like I was bored with MySpace and Live Journal before that. I have gotten in touch with a lot of people from my past and I definitely have Facebook To thank for it. But, with all this IPO stuff and privacy issues, I'm beginning to distrust the service. I guess I'm just another lemming waiting for the next big thing.

    I think so. I don't fancy visiting that site like I used to do before but I am not complaining - at least not yet.
    
    One thing I know I am going to do very soon is to pull myself out of the tangles and shackles of all social media, so help me God!

    Yes, getting very boring. Same old comments and pics and updates over and over again with lots of stupid links of dumb videos etc.
