Speilberg movies responsible for Micheal Jackson to develop the notion of never ending childhood?

In the 80's Speilberg made movies that had children in the lead like E.T and (Hook) Peter Pan....even Micheal named his home Neverland ranch which is a fictional dwelling place of Peter Pan. I think Micheal took it seriously and almost transformed it to reality. If those movies never existed there would have been a different Micheal and no Neverland ranch.

Thanks for the reply. It would have been great inspiration for everyone if Micheal's almost perfect fairy tale life was n't touched by seeping reality.
