LOL! Well, for starters, I make it a little on the dry side; not stick-to-your-mouth dry, but enough so it won't sag, and I pipe it into the whites with a pastry bag, so it mounds up and is pretty besides. ;-)
OK... I get it. I am going to make my next batch with a little less mayo and stuff. That might just solve the problem. I'll make it stickier so it won't fall over if it is mounded up. Thank you for the idea.

Good idea, Janis! I always just eat a spoonful, but I also like the idea of elevating the flavor by putting it on a cracker. Thank you for this tasty idea.

Peachy, yes, I can now see how spreading the mixture on toast and having it with my morning coffee would be divine. Thank you for the suggestion.
