Coffee and plenty of it. It may not boost my health but it has kept my children alive.
I drink coffee first thing in the morning. Apparently, it is good for you, but I drink it because I love the taste and the little boost it gives me. I will only drink quality, coffee, though.
I drink green tea. It is is supposed to have helpful properties.
I like it, whether it does me good or not, I don't have the slightest idea.
I drink milk in the morning, because milk adds nutrients and energy to start my activity
First drink is usually water, sometimes Pear or Pineapple juice, once in a while green Tea, which is all good for you
