      Generate revenue through HubPages with there HubPages Affiliate Program, and like everything else it,s extremely simple to use.

      The Affiliate Program allows you generate ongoing revenue when you refer new writers to HubPages.

      The more, high-quality writers you bring in, the greater your royalties.

      It's a revenue stream that can keep on growing.

    I always get confused with the tracker system. To refer people to the signup page, I need to use this URL, right?

    hubpages.com/_mytracker/user/new/

    I cut out the http to it won't come out as an active link. Obviously, "mytracker" will be replaced by my tracker code.

      Hi Anna,
      If i want to direct a new user via my personal tracker you would do it like this..

      Create a new tracker  by clicking my "account" then click "URL Trackers"..You will see one tracking token already created for you!..If you want to create a new name to keep track of which trackers are performing better, then create a new one.. - To make things simple, just use the one already made for you...

      So, example..One of my trackers name is 2ys4zza4lfis2 and another is hpsu... now when i want to send a link to a friend, or leave this link as signature mail or in forum to direct users to hubpages as a future possible signup, i could leave my hpsu tracker or my 222 tracker token...

      Without a tracker---->http://hubpages.com/signin/
      With my tracker----->http://hubpages.com/_hpsu/signin/

      Or, if i wanted to leave a link to my latest hub, i would do like this...

      Without a tracker---->http://hubpages.com/hub/Famous-Peoples-Birthdays-For-The-28th-Of-November
      With a tracker--------->http://hubpages.com/_222/hub/Famous-Peoples-Birthdays-For-The-28th-Of-November

      HubPages splits the impressions with you in the following way:
         1.  Your own Hubs: Hubbers receive 60% of total impressions.
         2. The HubPages Affiliate Program: You can refer new writers to HubPages and they become Hubbers within 30 days, you receive an additional 10% of their Hubs’ lifetime impressions.
         3. Traffic Referral Program: If you send traffic to any Hub, you’re entitled to either 9% or 12% of total impressions. You’ll receive 9% if the Hub you’ve referred people to already has impressions allocated to an Affiliate. If there are no Affiliates, you’ll receive 12% of the total impressions.

      Whatever is left from the splits above goes to HubPages. Note that these splits apply only to HubPages and User Profile pages. On all other pages, such as a referral to a Tag page or the HubPages home page, you’ll receive 30% on a traffic referral, with HubPages getting the rest.

      hope this all helps, and as Relache mentions, its all about high quality writers you can bring in that really help$ smile

    Note that unless the person who signs up makes a lot of very high quality hubs that draw a great deal of traffic, your earnings will be negligible.  You have a much better chance earning money by making your own quality hubs.
