If life is a boon from the Creator-God Allah YHWH; then why should we not thank Him for bestowing it on us?

There are so many in the world that die long before they ever reach puberty for lack of a morsel of food. Why would you want to thank a creator for creating those people just so they can live a short life of horror?

What I see in the nature, set by the Creator-God Allah YHWH, life is a boon.

Quran mentions in the very first verse which is oft repeated in the beginning of almost every chapter of Quran , and I give it hereunder:

[1:1] In the name of Allah, the Gracious, the Merciful.
    http://www.alislam.org/quran/search2/sh … r.php?ch=1

The nature as set by the Creator-God Allah YHWH depicts and reflects grace and mercy of Him all around ; inside of us and outside of us in our life.

    Who agrees?

Those who don't agree could also comment.

You assume creator exist and then try to come with hasty conclusion of life  being a boon. There are many people who suffer a lot and sin concept can't justify it rationally.

Life is neither boon nor bane.

Suffering is a part of life; one learns and struggles to get out of it; if understood it improves our life.

It is like a disease which is a temporary phenomenon; one becomes healthy and enjoys life.

We are a fraction of a pin-prick suspended in a cosmic soup of utter barreness, violence and inhospitability. As small and ignorant as we are, as a species, anyone can cast a sweeping glance over the universe and understand the value and rarity of life.

Despite the staggering scale we are only beginning to understand, and as individuals cannot comprehend, we have been given a chance at life. We have, for our brief lives, an amazing opportunity to consciously toy and dream with the universe that envelops us.

Even though we suffer, we have been given an immense priviledge. And whether we chose to channel our curiosity via religion or not, the realization that life is immensely precious should be clear to all.

What you do about them and why you do about them, anything?

The question is what is your creator doing about them? Why did he create them to live a life of horror and suffering only to die.

At least I don't deride or ridicule others.

    I respect everyone.

You have hundreds of posts that support that fact that you do deride and ridicule others.

There are also hundreds of your posts that support the fact that you don't respect everyone.

Yet, you spout of your beliefs as truth, in essence lying to each. So much for respect.

But, what about the starving who die, what do they have to thank your creator for, a short life of horror, misery and pain? They're only relief in this world is death. Is that what they're thanking your creator for?

Yes, I know you won't answer this question but instead will post some other form of preachy gibberish. smile
