    Welcome to the site!

Nice to see someone jumping right in. Now, here's a few things I'm going to say, that may help you out.

    1. The 30 day challenge is just a personal challenge. The main goal is to get more traffic, and writing good quality hubs will do that. So it's not about winning or getting there, it's more about the experience.
    2. Had a look at your hubs. For a new member you've got off to a great start. Just a few recommendations:
► Each hub should be like a stand alone quality article. Explore the capsules and see what you can add in, such as more photos, feeds, news, links etc. And try for a bit more length. 500-700 words is a good start and anything up to 1500 or 2000 words is not unheard of. Quality not JUST quantity.
► Consider writing in the second or third person - this adds credibility to your writing.
► Have a look at some hubs by other members on the site for ideas of how to construct your own.
► Consider doing some learning, a bit at a time, on subjects such as keywords.

    Good luck with the challenge!

    Welcome to HubPages! smile

First off, good luck on the challenge.

Secondly, no there isn't anyone to inform. Your post to this forum is YOUR Declaration in attempting it. You can post your links here when you have published a new hub.

To show your progress on the challenge. Everytime you post to this thread, it will jump to the top of the forum threads. Which will result in getting you exposure to the HubPages community.

    I hope that helped. smile

Just a clarification. Any hubs you create should be posted to this thread:

      http://hubpages.com/forum/topic/18049

Any updates you make or questions you have should be posted to the thread right here.

What difference does it make if the hubs are posted in another forum thread. This thread is posted under the correct category, so the person is allowed to post their hubs here.

I wasn't aware that it was solely restricted to Darkside's 30 Hubs in 30 Days. I always thought that forum thread was a contribution of Darkside who created the thread.

I was under the impression that the 30 Hubs in 30 Days Challenge Forum thread was one of two places links can be posted.

If I am wrong, then so be it. I apologize for the advice that I gave. hmm

          Don't worry, it's a common misconception.

Quote from Darkside in the 30 day hubchallenge links thread:

Post them in here. Please don't post them in other threads, or start multiple threads for individual hubs, as it will quickly fill up the sub-forum and make it harder for people to offer advice when help is being sort.

So, post links in this thread. Nowhere else. Thanks!

Wrylilt is correct, Cagsil.  There is only one thread that links can be posted in for the challenge and it's the one started by Darkside.  I do point it out to participants if I see them doing it incorrectly, because many do not realize it.  It's difficult to keep the rules posted (and enforced) when it's ongoing and people can start and stop it without much interaction from others.
