OMG so far you got 138 hubs, so don't think about changing those hubs to new name.

Many experienced hubbers advocates that hub age is crucial for getting search engine traffic. If you do that you will lose those benefits.

Money actually comes from search engine traffic, visitors don't care about your name that they interested in your content.

      All the best.

        Thankyou

        I see your point

And I felt it would be a bother

But as for my name - it's not (bad..) just not the one I would have chose for permanent, but then eveyone I know, knows me by this name

        Thanks for the info!

      ok smile

No, it's not bad, and I don't mean to criticize it or myself
It's just that when I signed up, it was meant to be temp
and I chose anything that popped into my head

It doesn't really signify me.............but then it does
      Casue I"m sorta like a schoolgirl...always learning
and I'm def FOR REAL as in to the point.

It's not easy to transfer your hubs to a new account -- I wish it was though. You would have to create a new account, copy all of your hubs somewhere, delete them, wait the 24 to 48 hours for the titles to be out of the system and then recreate them. Not fun at all...

In your situation it is probably best to create a new account and manage both accounts from now on. Post new hubs on your new account and put a notice in the profile page of your current account. Put your AdSense code in both accounts so you will continue to earn money from your current hubs. Transfering the hubs to a different account name will be a pain.

Wouldn't it be better to have one similar to your youtube account and tie it together?

Have you tried sending a support request asking if they could change your name (giving a good reason)?
