no follow links: when search engines crawl through a page and come across the link pointing to another webpage/site they don't count that as a backlink.

do follow: when search engines crawl through a page and come across the link pointing to another webpage/site they give it a authority value counting it as a backlink.

You need a hubscore of  40 and an author score of 75 (not 70!).

      Hey Jantamaya,

Just say you want to link to a website, or one of your own hubs... (you really don't need to worry as your score is sufficient)

Google counts it as a back link (a link that adds value to the webpage you are pointing to when you exceed 40 and 75 giving that page more credibility, as you have promoted with follow points.) Such as when we use the link suggestion tool and link to other hub pages, its all helping the other Authors and yourself when its your own link (also why there are limits to the amount of times you are allowed to post the same link in one hub...

I hope this makes it a little more sense...

Thank you very much. Yes, I use the suggestion tool. This is OK. I'm still not very fit with all those other links. Anyway Thanks for help.

          lol lol

          (a) highlight a word or phrase through which you want to link another hub and click on the "link" (chain sign) option which is in the bar going across the top of your text capsule and then insert the hub's URL or select the hub you want from the drop-down menu available in the pop up box. Done. You can insert tracker in the links if you wish

          (b) use a "link" capsule. Edit the link capsule and cpy<paste your URL for the hub you want to link to in the import link bar. Then click the button at the end of the bar. It should import your hub into the link capsule within seconds. You can insert tracker here as well.

[c] take a rss capsule>insert your feed link. You find the feed under your profile pics in your profile where is a option "subscribe to KKK" just above "follow KKK" option. copy the link location from there taking the mouse over the option and clicking the right button and paste in the rss capsule. If you don't find yet here is your feed http://hubpages.com/author/yourprofilename/latest/?rss ,replace "yourprofilename" properly. you can use best or hot too.

Saleh, you're magical spirit! Genie. Sometimes you're genius. A genie genius, OK? I'll work tomorrow on those links, I'm too tired now to distinguish between links (in German it means "left" smile) and right.
            See you :-)

When you post a link on a website through a comment 2 things happen. Either google indexes it (dofollow) or rejects its(nofollow) which means it doesn't crawl that part of the site
