    Is anybody planning to do anything fun culinary speaking for Cinco de Mayo?

      I was thinking to do a cinco de mayo bbq. Where we could BBQ some chicken, beef and pork - then put it in some fajita's and then grill them closed.

        I was just looking to get some ideas from other people. I probably won't be able to cook anything special today, because I have to work in the garden all day.

    I'm gonna make a casserole that's gonna have bunch of breads, cheeses, and meats included and baked. Then on top I overload it with guac, sour cream, and salsa. Might make a dip or two also.
