A few days after I created and submitted my under mentioned hub for publication, it was cleared and published by HubPages on 29th April 2011. I received an email (on 29th April 2011) too stating that the hub has been cleared and published.
Beautiful actress from Telugu films - Richa Gangopadhyay
But on the same day, suddenly this hub was again categorized as "Submitted for Publication" (appeared in green color on My Hub Statistics in My Account). I didn't get any email to this effect.
I sent an email to Team HubPages on 1st May 2011 and informed about the problem.
Today, on 5th May 2011, I got an email from HubPages Team with the following message. Also from today the hub has been categorised as an "Unpublished Hub - Needs Revision".(with pink color highlight)
Your Hub has been identified as a violation of our Terms of Use.
Problem: Pixelated or watermarked images/videos
All the pictures in this hub are high quality pictures and there are no pixelated images according to the explanation of the term pixelated images by Jason Menayan of HubPages staff in the forum
http://hubpages.com/forum/topic/73989
All my pictures contain my profile name (Lovely Planet) as a label. Other than my profile name, my eyes cannot see any other watermark in those images. When I enquired in an earlier occassion, I was informed by the HubPgaes Team that my own HubPages profile name is allowed on images.
Could you please tell me how to solve this problem.
I wasn't aware that we could watermark images with our profile name - do you have a link to the place that said you could?
Currently there are a lot of new moderators in training so it may be an error.
I was informed about this by email. I have now deleted that particular email.
Anyway, what happened was that a similar hub of mine was unpublished by HP Team sometimes back stating that it contained water marks. Then I wrote to HP Team stating that the images contained only my profile name and nothing else and I asked wheter the profile name is also not allowed as a watermark. But then in reply to my email, HP Team had pointed out two particular images in my hub where there were a promotional water mark of a web site in very small letters which I never saw. When I removed them, my hub was re-published.
One of my hubs was unpublished because of a poor quality photo of my daughter. I removed the pic, but my hub hasn't been republished. How long does it take?
I just noticed that one of my hub's was marked substandard. The link tells me that it was marked so by an actual moderator. However, there are no specifics regarding the EXACT reason. How can I find out? I posted here because I did overlay the photo with the artist name/website.
You just send an email to team@hubpages.com and ask for further details.
The one photograph is mine. The other is a sample of artwork that is watermarked.

I'm new here at HUB and every one of my hubs has warnings and I've been told that I will be terminated soon because everything I post is substandard. I have read all the Terms. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong and since I'm "punished" and none of them can be viewed, I...

I used to like to bring the silly moderation messages to light, in order to hopefully get better explanations of the new rules that HP created throughout 2011.Eventually, the lack of definitions by HP just became irritating and I stopped and just left the account to fester. But, for 2012, I was...

So I had a hub unpublished due to they say having pixelated or watermarked images. I don't know what the heck they're talking about, I had permission to use each picture from the original artist and my hub states as much. None are watermarked or pixelated, copyrighted, etc, and I don't know what...

Could one of the HubPages team confirm the official position re watermarked pictures? I know the rules say "prominent" watermarks are not allowed, but I can also understand the desire of Hubber photographers to protect their photos. What's the definition of "prominent"? Is...
