I have been thinking of dabbling in the domain name market and have purchased a couple for resale. Have we got any other domainers on Hubpages and if so can you offer any advice to help me in my fledgling venture.
Thanks in advance
Aiden
Sorry, I can't help you. I stopped in just to see what a Doaminer was and why they would mine Doa's (whatever that is).
I think it's even better to buy niche domain names, then make a small site with them. You could make one site in a day.
If it's narrow you'll be making money off it with adsense in a few months and rank real high if not #1.
Then in a year's time, sell it on Flippa for a few thousand.
Hi Bill
I have been toying with parking these domain names or building a little blog on blogger for each, your advice makes sense.
In fact some of the names I have bought lend themselves perfectly
Thanks Bill

I've tried this twice before, once through Yahoo (mistake) and once through VistaPrint (another mistake and they now have my name hostage). I once had a great site that a webmaster maintained for me and that was a good one (didn't make any money on it but hey)So I'm ready to try this again. I have...

I've heard a lot of differing advice, all from reliable sources, all saying different things about whether it's important to put keywords in domain names. Does anyone have any advice here about this? Do they benefit in Google's eyes?
