You people don't have much humor.

I don't think humour, or lack of it, can be blamed for his demise.

Humor? What does humor have to do with the missing hubber you're referring to?

      Hmmm.....? hmm

Funny how trolls always think everyone else is a troll too.  lol

Sort of like Democrats always think a grassroots uprising is astroturf.  lol

And anyone who disagrees with a black Democrat is a racist unless he is a white Democrat. lol

"Funny how trolls always think everyone else is a troll too."

How would you know this is true?

Much observation of trolls as they follow me around chewing on my boot heel trying to be relevant.  big_smile

I believe you implied that I am Mr. Veritis.  A troll.

A lot of such implications fly fast and free around here.  Troll behaviour I have observed on message boards.

Got nothing to say?  Pull out the troll card.  big_smile

Not only did I not say you were a troll or imply it, I have no idea what you are talking about. smile

When the grassroots organizers, trainers, and funding comes from Koch owned Freedomworks and AFP, then yes...it is astroturfing, by definition.

It's funny.  You love conservatives to pounce on but you always report them and get them chased away.   Do you want a simple circle of agreement for your little chats?  Sounds like a tremendous yawn you know.  Why must you chase those who disagree with you away?  Doesn't even make any sense.

Was Mr. Veritas attacking people?  Stalking them?

I don't check in here that much anymore due to the lack of humor, but it did appear he just posted threads with a conservative outlook.

Why do you think he was banned?

I'm just ASSUMING it was a LaLo type situation, maybe I'm wrong.

Anyway, you two guys have good humor. wink

Chase them away? You're kidding right. Last time I checked, we are adults here, whether or not you want to admit it and we are accountable for our actions on HP forums.
I don't know. I don't know why s/he was banned, if that is the case. I mean, sheer stupidity won't get a person banned, but certain other things will.
You mean, he posted threads from selfish bias, which demeans other people instantly, even if he was not aware of it at the time.
I don't care why. He apparently broke the rules. Remember, just because you flag a post, doesn't mean it will be the ultimate reason for the person being banned. It could be something else entirely. Flagging posts only alerts moderators. The moderators have the last say. Not the hubbers.
      It could be almost anything.
Good to know. Thank you, I guess. smile

Ann, I doubt if HP would ban somebody just on the say so of another disgruntled poster.

I would think his rather intimate knowledge of another banned poster probably brought his downfall - "The use of secondary accounts to circumvent a forum ban is also prohibited."

I thought he was quite likeable, in an infuriating manner.

I feel the same about you mate, but find you less than infuriating.  More like challenging.  I appreciated that in my students, also.

I have but one account.  More paying a little compliment to John - if the opinion of a hard nosed conservative counts.

Hey, I'm a tart, I'll accept complements off anybody but I'm a bit worried that I seem to be coming the favourite plaything of conservatives.
I'm obviously not trying hard enough lol

Solution is you have to attack people more, John, and ignore ideas completely.  Then you will be more on the typical leftie infuriating side and less on the likeable.  big_smile

I've learned you are correct, John.  Not the hounding action used on LaLo.

He certainly made the forums a lot livelier which pushes the right buttons.
I don't really want to be on a forum where I agree with everything and everybody agrees with me. A friend on another forum swears that I could start an argument in an empty room lol

I think he/she/they are back with crunchy sparkle, or whatever that crunchy name is.

Or there's another one with a very derogatory manner....throws around the anti-semite label.

Hell--Veritis wanted Bibiguns as OUR pres! Talk about CONflict of interest!

Bing bing Bing...like pac-man. One gets eaten, another on pops up.
