Hi, I know I'm not the only one with AdSense problems, but I can't seem to find anything that works. I am getting rejected because of 'domain Ownership", I am supposed to paste a snippet on my page and then resubmit the UrL for that page. It tells me to locate the 'HTML source".  Huh?  I've seen some answers that say all I need is the AdSense ID, but I can't get one of those without getting approved. I'm supposed to create a new page and paste a snippet on it, but I can't seem to create a new page without creating a new Hub.  I've been able to copy and paste the snippet into my Bio., but that got rejected also, same reason. Any advice would be appreciated! thanks!

You need to use your profile URL when you apply for adsense.
Did you follow the step by step instructions here..
If you still get rejected .. I suggest that you write around ten hubs and then apply you shouldn't have a problem then.

thanks, yes I've followed the step by step as best I can although I find it vague at times. I get the message within about an hour of applying, which I guess is encouraging, but I just keep getting stuck on this 'crate new page' thing.  When I look in my browser for the html, it is always the same, no matter what page of my account I am on,,,,thanks all, I'll keep trying and if anyone comes up with anything I'll be listening!

I just got the same rejection notice and copied and pasted part of google's rejection notice to hubpages help. I was following their steps to get approved, which is very simple.

Since more than one of us is having the same difficulty in a short time span, I suspect it has something to do with adsense and hubpages rather than our individual accounts.

I'm not a techy sort and so am not going to try to discover a workaround. If adsense isn't a possibility, I'll use other advertising avenues.

But one attempt at putting ads on my page is enough for one day!

Mandoliv, I've been having the same issues too. I did the snippet thing too and nothing, my application is still not approved. I already have around 23 hubs and I get good traffic. I applied through Hub Pages and when I try to apply again so I can use my profile URL as suggested it won't allow me to do so. I'm already at a loss what to do, and we aren't the only ones experiencing this problem with Adsense. I've been reading hubs about this problem but it hasn't really helped me understand what is the problem with my application.

One other possibility is the six month period which I don't understand how it works or where it applies. My recent stats show I have hit 300 page views in one day, so I'm not able to benefit from this because I'm stuck with an application that has so-called "domain ownership" issues according to Adsense with no advice how to resolve it. It is so frustrating.

I hope someone can help clarify what's going on.

Your Problem is different form that of Mandoliv.
You profile suggests that you are from Philippines I think the six month wait period applies to you.
If you are using  hubpages.com as your URL you will have domain issues as hubpages is not your website.
Following the step by step application process that is specific to HP is the only way to apply through HP.

I would suggest following the exact steps provided here. The most common mistakes being not using your profile url and applying before you ave a good stable of hubs.

I thought of that, but, the support email I got didn't say "you don't have enough hubs" or anything like that, so I figured it has something to do with the URL. It is very frustrating, instead of writing I am going around in circles iwth AdSense.

thanks everyone! I guess I am not as techy as I had thought ):.
Anyway, I am going to give it a rest for now, I wrote directly to AdSense and I will share whatever they tell me. And yes, each rejection I get is identical to the last, except for the URL. I found other threads with the same problems, and it does appear that Google doesn't like us Newbies so much. Which I can understand, but it would be good to know the actual problem rather than being told to resubmit, knowing full well that another rejection will be on the way. They probably don't want to be accused of discriminating or something, who knows. So I am going to try to stop obsessing about it and focus on writing. Maybe I'll do a bit on 'how to deal with AdSense" if I ever figure it out!
