whiteangel231, there seem to be a glitch in the system. All Amazon ads give that error message, even the ones that were working before.
I bet they are already working on it, hopefully it will be solved soon.

Anyway do I need to email the problem to amazon? Or I'll just wait for them to fix this problem?

The problem would be taken care of by the HubPages team, not by Amazon.

I was having the same problem for the past two days, I found what helped was to just use one keyword and 1 as the number of products to display.  Hope this helps!

Very little money if any is made from those ads so it doesn't matter that much.

Google looks for quality and  unique content, and is very suspicious of keyword and link- rich text.  I think I applied when I had only one, or maybe two hubs and I was denied. I reapplied after a couple more hubs and I got accepted.
If you have a blog you can apply for your blog, and add hubpages later.
Lots on this topic is in the Q/A and Tutorial sections of hubpages. : )
