I set up a blog of my own back in June, and I recently put Adsense on it. I also have Adsense for Hubpages. However, I'm wondering if whenever I earn money from my blog, that that money can have a percentage taken away by Hubpages? Or does Adsense acknowledge that it is a different site and separates it from my Hubpages earnings?

    Thanks!

You get all your earnings from your blog. HP get's nothing.

Your Adsense account is responsible for paying you for your private blog and the Hubpages ad program responsible for paying you for your impressions her on HP. The two accounts are unrelated and the only reason you need and Adsense account for HP is because Adsense was the primary Advertisement supplier. So no worries, your earnings from your blog is safe.

Yes, hubpages have nothing to do with your blog.

This is a quote from the FAQs and it explains why the above are correct -

"How do impressions generate revenue on HubPages?
After you’ve joined advertising affiliate programs and/or the HubPages Earnings Program, ads from these programs may appear on your Hubs. 60% of the time, any ads appearing on your Hubs can earn money for you. This is referred to as your share of impressions.

HubPages splits the impressions with you in the following way:

Your own Hubs: Hubbers receive 60% of total impressions."

This shows that  the earnings that are HubPages do not come from a cut of your Adsense earnings but from having there own ads. in the remaining 40%.
