Actually that perfectly illustrates the point, the US judiciary limits freedom of speech too, one cannot legally cause another to fear for their life, cry fire in a crowded theater etc. hence there are limitations to the second amendment also on the same basis, thanks for pointing that out tongue

I'm not sure, but I think the constitution recognises that restrictions to speech in a contract, for example, "please don't shout fire in this theatre", do not violate the first amendment.

"one cannot legally cause another to fear for their life"  nor can one point a loaded firearm at someone without breaking the law
"cry fire in a crowded theater"  nor can one bring a firearm into any location that has a sign posted that restricts firearms from it

HOWEVER - there are no limits on how many words one may utter, write, broadcast or print
there are very few restrictions placed on how inflammatory or offensive words and images can be
there is no restriction on how long a word is, how many definitions it has, how new or how old it is or how it has been used in the past

The ownership of firearms is essential for the continuation of the Rights conferred upon Americans by Nature.  Once that right is removed all other rights are vulnerable.

I have a friend who survived an abortion. She was burned with saline solution but lived. She has cerebal palsy as a result and has one of the most beautiful singing voices Ive ever heard. Her name is Giana Jessen.
