Can't get any feedback for my hub "God Miracle that Saved me from Going Postal". What is the problem with it?

I didn't know that not having a feedback was a problem then as I was only concerned with the click rates. Recently, HP released a newsletter regardling the need for interaction. That will be a problem for me. I may need to crank-out those "how to" hubs to get into the good graces of HP. smile

Have you read the sections in the Learning Center on improving Hubs?  I think your biggest problem is that your Hub topic is purely personal.  HubPages is not for blogging, it's for writing informative articles.

Hi, Cheryl. I think your hub is very effective as a personal testimony. It's well written and engaging, and I think many people would love reading it if they came across it in a Christian magazine. As others have said, I think the problem may be that HubPages just isn't a good platform for that type of article.

There are a lot of featured hubs in which the writer shares personal experiences, including some of my own. But usually those experiences serve as illustrations of a more general point that is the real focus of the article.

I’d encourage you to check around to see if there isn’t a specifically Christian website that might welcome such a testimony.

If that doesn’t work for you, the other thing you might do is to leave it here, though it may not be featured, while you build up your body of work and gain more followers. There is a large group of Christian writers here on HubPages that could be a significant audience for this hub. But since you are so new, and only have one follower so far, nobody knows about your work. As you build a following among other hubbers, this type of article may gain an audience right here on the site. You should also promote it on social media and to friends and family, as well as to your church community.

From reading this article, I think you have some valuable perspectives to share. Don’t be discouraged!

Hello RonElFran. Thank you for your encouragement. But I want this on a public site. This is not just for Christians. This article is going to get much traffic, when I get it out there. Many, many, many Postal Workers ... feel were forgotten about. We need this. But they have to watch the videos and listen to the encouragement. I lost a co-worker February 9th, behind the Postal Service dealing with the same thing. I was so angry I could do nothing. I wrote this hub. We have to speak out for each other.

    Hi Cheryl,

I think your hub is well-written and inspirational but generally speaking, HubPages encourages writers to write informative "how-to" types of articles, since these are the ones that seem to be the most in-demand. But I like your writing style, and in my own experience, I can never tell if a hub is going to be popular or go completely unnoticed. Hope this helps smile

Thank you all for your insight ... I was under the assumption that we could share anything. I feel this hub will help many Postal Workers whom feel as I did. Had I followed through with what I was feeling, it would have landed on every site on the internet. Let's try to encourage peace. If this help one person it has been beneficial. My story is true and I know would encourage many fellow co-workers. When you get to where I was ... you have to have hope. This hub would give hope. See no one cares about us until we get to that point of no-return. I know this hub would help. It helped me. I will share it ... Maybe not here ... But I will share it.
