Link Capsule -Link Open in a New Window?

   Hi:
   
   If you use the link capsule can you make the link open in a new window? I see that you can do this if you ad a link to text. On another note, try writing link capsule a few times and see how your fingers want to type kink ;-). Well maybe it's just my fingers!

   Are you asking if you can do this or not? If so, then yes, you can. Just click on advanced then click 'open in new window'.
   
   I always set a link to open a new window. If that is what you were asking, I hope it was the answer you needed

   I agree. You can have a link in a text capsule open in a new browser window, but I can't figure out how to do it in a links capsule either.

      Ok, so you highlet the text you want to make the link.
      click the silver link button.
      Add your link destination.
      
      Under that is something like this
      
      Quick Link to Your Hub
      -- None selected --How to be a SuccessHow to Do Nothing and Make MoneyUsb sticksWeb Hosting and Free Domain
      show advanced options
      
      >> choose show advanced options
      
      then click
      target
      open link in new window
      
      And you are done.

   If the link capsule does in fact not have an easy setting for "open in a new window"
   
   You can just adjust your link code following traditional html rules to do such
   
   < A HREF="link.html" TARGET="_blank" >
   
   the extra spaces at the beginning and end need to be taken out
   
   just add a space then the target info at the end of your link

      Thanks Sunforged. But we can't edit the html in a links capsule and there is no option (that I can find, anyway) to do it. Actually, that's why I generally don't use link capsules.

         its not an html edit - when you insert your link you just include the target attribute - I do it all the time - its teh same as adding your tracker to a url
