In some nudity camps just to make everyone feel the same, no one is allowed to wear clothes at all.  I suggest the same in Airport... While the staff should be able to see you virtually nude, at the same time you should also be able to see them virtually nude... This way when and if they giggle, you can also giggle !

I agree. Seems the only truly way to be completely fair. Besides beauty is on the inside.

I went to Germany a few years back and many of the beaches are nude, it is very normal and natural, so I decided to take off all my clothes, I wanted to keep my undies on but the beach supervisors insisted that all must be revealed if I wanted to remain on the beach.....when the German lads seen me naked they said......would you not be better off dead.......does that count

It is important to have thorough security scanning when faced with the possibility of terrorism, however, we all need to remember that those interested in killing many people for a religious point will go to any means they can accomplish, whether at an airport, train station, bus stop, mall or security line (Before they are scanned, remember...) Making airport security so thorough only shows potential terrorists that they must use other means to execute their plans. This starts us on a slippery slope of more constant and deep-seeded government control, all for non-guaranteed safety. I understand the scanning, I do not feel that it is a real invasion of privacy. Being strip-searched in front of others, that is demeaning- but scanning is just a necessary thing. The thing that we need to be aware of is not the individual humiliation of being exposed but what the exposure means for the future of liberty, safety and government involvement for the whole of our society.

I'll choose the xray scanner. No big deal...rather do that than take a chance on kaboom. Anyway, once they scan a few they've seen it all. My buddies who work in the E.R. say it means nothing to them to see so many. Like an assembly line....

I think the body scans are so obnoxious. The christmas bomber happened because the government was too stupid to do its job and we end up having to go through all this crap. The government should stop those bozos before they get to the airport.

      Holy sh*t!
Y'all are so off the track here!
It is a simple multiple-choice question!
      Choose one or the other.
Then go do something constructive like write a hub!

I don't think I would want to be nude in a Alaskan airport in the winter months.

i think we should save the government a bunch of cash and just require everyone to fly naked. once it is implemented a stir in the population will happen and so many will not fly. but eventually the blazeh nature of people will take over, and things like "oh look at that nudist flying on a plane" would be heard. once we all get used to it, it would not be a big deal. face it, if all were naked, bombs would be hard to hide, and we would all know the intentions of a pervert in flight. he would probably point it out for us.

If seeing me naked means we will be safer, than get a good laugh.

The new scanner cost about $200,000.00 each. I thought we didn't have any money? That a failed attempt should cause such a hooha defies belief. What about people who fly frequently? What are they being exposed to when they get scanned repeatedly?

I am not one for flying...if I can go by train or car I would rather do that. But if I do have to fly, I owuld rather be seen naked than dead.
