You are driving along in your car on a wild, stormy night,
it's raining viciously with much thunder and lightening, when suddenly you pass by a bus stop (with no shelter), and you see three people waiting for a bus:

An old lady who looks as if she is about to die.
An old friend who once saved your life.
The perfect partner you have been dreaming about.

Which one would you choose to offer a ride to,
knowing very well that there could only be one passenger in your car?

I choose the old lady because the other two are younger ones, they will have more survival stamina

But then If I could squeeze them in the car trunk or anywhere I will save the three

they have the same worth--human life

I would assume the old lady had lived a good life, the old friend had saved me for just this moment, and.....I'd pick up the perfect partner I'd been dreaming about.

All three....I'd come back and make 3 trips.

    I'll choose friend for ride.

Cause old lady is going to die anyway and there is no point in choosing perfect partner as it is one sided dream (i'm assuming one-sided here).

Hmmmmn, I didn't think about that but I suppose if they were your 'perfect partner' then they would feel the same back otherwise they wouldn't be perfect? So I say it's two-sided smile

I would choose the old lady, the other two could take care of themselves.

I would give my old friend the keys to my car and have him drive the old lady home while me and my perfect partner hung out in the rain.

The old woman wins!! If your friend is a true friend they would understand your choice, as for the perfect partner?? In most situations I am not so shallow as to think of my own wants & needs....but not always...I am human...so maybe the old woman could sit on his lap!

Even though there is that loophole so one doesn't have to choose...faced with the original choice it'd definitely be the old woman because she's the only one that really stands a chance of dying in the rain, the other two can shake it off. My perfect partner would always look down on me for not being willing to help someone who truly needed it.

Hand the car keys to the old friend and ask him/her to take the lady home safely, and I'd stay with the new found love and start finding out if it's real or not. In the rain. Making sure they get home safely, too.

I would let my friend take my car and the old lady home-and I would wait with the 'perfect partner' in the rain.
