The second link shows better what is going on, it is the same as page one, and page three, and probably all the way up to the very last page as well.
This is not just with one search type but with them all
Ive been seeing that too-- get one result in the search-- 1000 times.
I'm seeing the same thing as well. I'll bet sunforged didn't know he posted to the same forum thread about 1,000 times in one hour.
Something similar is happening in the "Your" option in the Forums under the Latest Activity in All Forums...many entries by one poster who only made three posts.
Yep, I had the same problem yesterday - but thought it was only me though...
Hi Everyone,
Thanks for reporting this. The problem should now be fixed.
-Larry
seems to be-- thank you!
(from the 'searchers')
Larry, I'm still finding the same thing here:
http://hubpages.com/forum/your
Marisa made three posts to one thread, but it looks as though there were many, many more.
Each individual post that you make will cause a row to appear on the "Your Posts" page. The "Most Recent" column shows the user that made the most recent post to that topic (a topic being a collection of posts).
Marisa only needs to have the most recent post for her to appear many times. It is you that made the "many, many more" posts.
I can see how this might be a bit confusing, but that is actually how it is intended to work and not really bug.
I understand this-- and I like the idea, because if I make several posts on a thread (looking at "Your Posts") I can go back to look at the replies since I posted my first, second, third, etc.
The glitch was occurring in the search box function-- which seems to be fixed now, Thanks!
Search box still malfunctions for me. I caa get a list of 10 unique results for any search and all the rest of the results pages are the same, as someone described above. Thanks!
Hi Patty,
This issue was fixed this morning.

I have a similar problem, I cannot find any of my hubs or myself in the search facility... even if I put in the full name of the hub.. they all exist on my profile/account and I can access them all directly but none show in searches
Thanks, Larry - working great now! You engineers are awesome.

What has happened to the search function??!!It used to be easy, and intuitive to use; we could look up a category, title, or author by name or pen name, and it would be found, or come close enough to easily find. Now, the search function is totally useless! No categories come up, unless you...

I simply don't get it! I have purposefully stayed away from searching on HubPages because it frustrates me. I now remember why. Why is the HP search page not bringing up the best of the best? I thought we were here to promote Hubbers above a certain score and to promote quality.MY EXPERIENCE WITH...

When looking something up or just searching for a special thing, do you prefer Yahoo, Google, Ask Jeeves, Alta Vista, The New engine called Bing or is there another that you use?

I was just curious if you guys and gals search what is already on hubpages before writing a new hub? I just joined and had several ideas. I got a little discouraged when I did a few searches and realized about 200 others had the same ideas. I realize a fan base is important so you...
