Weight Loss

Weight loss is what we all think about when we feel like we have gained some few pounds or Kg's.

It's important for people to take notes of some of the weight loss facts and avoid them for the sake of their health though.

I wonder how many of you already know about the following weight loss facts!

1- Excessive Diet = Diabetes?

I was actually at high school when I learned about this and it kind of shocked me.

Yes, an excessive diet might lead to type two diabetes and this is a very common type, it happens when your cells make a shock to what they wouldn't be able to handle - the sudden loss of nutrition leads to this shock possibly causing type 2 diabetes, if not some other disease. Next time you plan on getting on a diet, do it carefully and cautiously. Don't forget that your body needs its nutrients.

2- When Feeling Cold

Did you know that feeling cold can actually make you lose some weight? I know that this might surprise you but it's actually true!

I don't know if you have noticed that but I did!

A cold weather makes your body react in a way that helps this weight loss by making its muscles contract and get into action to help restore the lost heat or regular body temperature.

I personally think that a hot weather can be also good for losing weight because when people sweat, they might just lose a lot of their bodies water so in order to help this loss, a good quantity of water would be drank and water can be perfect for weight loss. Do you agree?

3- Anger & Thinking

Anger, worrying and thinking may help you lose weight but we're not talking about this huge weight loss, the difference would just be little.

Other factors play their roles in this too so if you're like eating a lot of foods and not being active at all, thinking will not make you lose weight. The weight it would have made you lost would be compensated by the foods that you might be eating and your laziness.

In some cases however and for specific people, worrying too much and having stress can have an opposite side effect: Weight gain. The best way to tell if you are someone who loses or gains weight through stress and anger is to observe yourself and body and take notes.

4 - Passionate Kissing & Sexual Intercourse

Reports and researches have found that one simple passionate kiss can really burn calories! We're not talking about a huge amount of calories here but imagine how many calories you would be losing if you kiss more than just one kiss? Well, I think that lovers already do that when they start kissing so yes.

So, how much calories would a passionate kiss burn?

Well, 5 minutes of passionate kissing can burn up to approximately 15 calories.

What about a sexual intercourse?

This can help you lose weight as well and it has been said that making love for about 20-30 minutes can burn up to 150-180 calories!
