Know of any good cleanse diets that don't starve you?


I'm currently reading about one that is veggies, brown rice, fruit and protein shakes. Then after a week you start introducing chicken and fish. Then you introduce one food at a time to see what bothers you and what doesn't. Just curious how a person gets any calcium on this? Maybe through the protein shake?
