For years, people have been drinking hot cocoa at bed time and I tried doing this, and it really works for me! I do sleep much better and longer.
The way I make it is:
First heat a 8 - 10 oz glass of milk up in the microwave for 2 min.
Secondly - add 2 - 3 teaspoons of Cocoa & aprox. 2 teaspoons or more of sugar
**The Cocoa I use is Hershey's Unsweetened - just the plain cocoa, not one of those mixes.
Not only will you sleep better, but you'll be doing yourself a favor, because cocoa is loaded with antioxidants!!! So, you'll be getting healthier as well.
