The liver is one of those organs with remarkable resilience and has the ability to  regenerate itself provided the damage is not too extensive.

Liver rinse once a week : Add to 8 ounces of water.

    1 tablespoon olive oil virgin
    1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
    1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
    1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice

Drink before bed or once you wake up.. If you do this after you wake up. you can do two 8 ounces of water.

The cinnamon won't dissolve. You can blend it, pulse, for a few seconds to dsperse it.

The liver can be rejuvenated through drinking plenty of water, stopping the medicine, or problem that is causing it. For example, one man died from combining tylenol, alcohol, and bug spray about two or three years ago, they are eliminated through the liver, and it was too much for his. A helpful supplement is Milk Thistle. Has been shown in clinical trials, to be very effective, such as in the case of cirrhosis, or fatty liver. If you are allergic to ragweed, or have hayfever it can cause the same effect, as it is from the same plant family. Exercise caution if you have these conditions. If you have a liver condition, also exercise caution with amino acid supplements, as they too are hard on the liver. Present in most "muscle building" preparations.

    1. Avoid alcohol.  Alcoholics tend to develop cirrhosis of the liver.

    2. Avoid sugar.  Sugar contributes to NAFLD ("non-alcoholic fatty liver disease")   I'm not making this up.  There is real disease named that.  Google it.

    3.  Coffee may be good for liver.  Some studies indicates coffee may reduce the incidence of cirrhosis of the liver.  Read the book "Dr. Chopra Says".  He is pro-coffee and talks about its benefits on the liver.

Anything with a high sulfur content also helps the detoxification process greatly.  Things like onions, egg yolks, broccoli, cabbage, and so on...  Do some research, if you are confused.  Milk Thistle and Artichoke are also awesome remedies...

There is one thing I learn about healthy body is never overwork your body parts.

This means that we should take care of what we eat and drink.

Liver is a part of our bodies that take care of getting rid toxic waste and if we do not take care of what we eat or drink, it will be taxing for the liver's function to process. The more junk food we eat, it has to work very hard to sort out the waste. Same goes if we drink alcohol, the liver will need to process it. It is like a machine that will definitely breakdown when you overload with work.

It is important to do cleanses for organs like the liver. By doing a cleanse, your liver will function better and will make your body healthier and will help you to feel better. Milk thistle is a great way to detox the liver. There are many different cleanses depending on your goals and how thorough of a cleanse that you want to do.
