Bitter melon or milk thistle are some of the home or natural remedies that can help and in some cases reverse liver cirrhosis, just keep in mind that it is not an instant remedy and can take some time.  It has been known to work but can also vary from person to person.  It is never 100%, but worth the look.

    The following are recommended:
Co Q 10 for removing toxic substances from the body.
    Oregano oil for jaundice.
Milk thistle has been shown to rejuvenate, and repair the liver.
Other things to consider are removing the substance that may have caused it, alcohol, as well as many drugs, and amino acids, derived from protein, are hard on the liver.
Drink plenty of water to flush the liver.
If it is "fatty liver" as can be the case, even without alcohol, avoid bad fats, these are fats that remain solid at room temperature, such as margarine, and shortenings. The good fats are a better choice, such as coconut oil, olive oil, and walnut oil.
Switch to a diet of "live" foods. Eat them in their original form, as close as possible.
    I hope this helps.

First detox to clean as well as you can and keep away from any forms of alcohol. Carrot and spinach juiced is said to be good but looking online you should be able to find a number of things and naturally any of it in the purest form is best and possibly many things juiced together. This treatment should be continual of course and as I say there is much out there if you research and you won't know without trying them for yourself.

I don't know -- but I would like to know.  I hope there are some good answers.

I have tried many natural cures and go by them even today. I write about some, but almost if not all prescription medications have side effects and some dangerous so make sure you look at that too. Hope you get relief soon for you or whoever.

I was diagnosed with primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC) some time ago. I take a prescription drug (Ursodial) every day which has helped my liver enzymes come drop back to normal levels. I went off of it for a while and they crept back up. I also take milk thistle and stay away from fatty foods. Fruits and vegetables are best since they are easier to digest than meat and other fats. I was told by my gastroenterologist that it is very difficult to cure liver disease, but it is important to control it. Best wishes.
