Pilates is the best thing I have tried for a flat tummy.

I couldn't say what is the best way, but I am doing P90 (Power 90) training and until now I have great results. I am also petite and got a little belly (not much though) so it melted fast. Now I got abs big_smile

Connie, body sculpting is my specialty. I don't like to toot my own horn on  your thread, but getting rid of belly fat and developing a flat tummy is very doable. The caveat for everyone though is, it may take time. Typically, people give up before they get results. Or, in the case of what I call "Fad Fitness, " the results often come quickly, but are short term because the body reacts by slowing your metabolism and you either plateau or gain more than you lost.
The best course of action is slow steady progressive improvements.

Removing belly fat is all to do with diet, your body may naturally store fat there. If you lose weight you may notice it in other areas like your legs or arms. To lose it around your belly you need to stick to a clean diet consistantly and do fat burning exercises rather than cardio vasicular.

you may want to try "Inner Solution Fat Burning Oil". It is an essential oil formula that you rub on your stomach. If you get a far infrared pad and place the pad over the area that you rubbed the oil on, then the fat will start to dissolve.

yes you can! I have done it. Please read more information
    here http://hubpages.com/hub/Stomach-Fat-and … -Lose-Them
    and here  http://stomach-fat.comuf.com/
You have to be patient and just follow the guidelines of people who has done it. Taking care of the food that you eat and regular workouts would definitely help.
