Hi Claudia Unfortunately as we age and as women our bodies like to deposit fat in the abdomen area. This is especially true after menopause. Try to limit carbs , keep alcohol to one drink a day and walk or keep physically active. Sleep has also been found to help with weight loss and avoiding stress. Not sure that is even possible.
