What fitness exercises and diet do you recommend for losing the belly fat?
Both me and my girlfriend started the preparations for summer! What fitness exercises and diet do you recommend for both of us to lose the belly fat? (for me also to maintain my muscular mass)
We go to the gym twice per week, because our jobs don't allow us to go more often.
To watch your calories. Only 1,500 calories a day. You don't have to work out at the gym. There are plenty of workouts from home that work. Try going to youtube and typing in Bodyrock.tv online. They give under 10 minute workouts that are great for your body. I've lost 10 pounds in two months.
