I have thought about writing the Endo Diet Meal Plan for a while. Let me think about it.
For the mean time, this the minimum you can do that may help :
1) Take 3000mg fish oil daily
2) Exercise about 20 - 30 minutes for 3 to 5 days a week
3) Reduce sugar intake (Cut down on food with high sugar content, like dessert, cakes, icre-creams etc)
4) Cut down on food made with wheat or wheat flour. Anything made of rice or rice flour is ok.
