    Unsweetened juice, fruits,salads, no meats in salads, fruits , raw veggies , salmon , no cheese ,low fat or fat free yogurt, no more than two cups of coffee a day , 6-8 bottle water  8oz.Take a multi-mineral pill

      Any diet that requires you to take a multi mineral pill is probably best avoided.

    Hi do younot eat any meat?I have been thinking about becoming a vegetarian but wondering about what the pro's and con's are.I don't really know anyone that doesn't eat meat.Thanks

    A full, well-balanced diet with portion control combined with exercise will guarantee weight loss.

    I lost 40 pounds and still ate my chocolate.  No need for a multi.  And, I'm a vegetarian (mostly- some fish). 

    My opinion: diet fads make you yo-yo and that isn't healthy.
