It's a positive morning cycle that keeps me optomistic.  The alarm goes off and my spring loaded bed throws me onto the floor.  I slam my knee into the dresser and spend 5 minutes rolling around on the carpet thinking explicit "happy" thoughts about how unfunny a funny bone really is. After that it's all down hill easy from there!

I opened my eyes with the word " Thanks God for everything " then I took a deep breath and give autosuggestion " I am proactive. I know anger brings destruction so I'll be always clam. As I'm proactive so every good things will be approaching to me. My mind is a tank of joy and happiness. My joy will flash out my anxiety and I'll do my every work attentively and I will win." And all day long I keep saying to myself '' day by day in every way I'm getting better and better."

There are times when you just have to turn off the "noise" of the world - including oft times, the noise in these forums.

I look beyond the situation and find the quiet space in my mind..

Laughter - we take life much too seriously..
we're here for a while, do our best to enjoy it.

I remind myself that I am more than half way through an average lifespan, so probably have less years ahead of me than I have behind me.  So, I might as well start enjoying it now before it is too late.

Sherlock221b, thank your for your comment! When we recognize this we need to make sure we become more involved in our lives. I am thinking we need to participate in the moment with more motivation and determination to seek out the best outcome which life has in store for us.

I used to live in a small mountain town and in the downtown area there is a big building next to an alley that has a mural painted on its wall with the words (something like) "when all you see is darkness, know the light will soon return"
under the words there is a little house surrounded by flowers and the left half of the sky is nighttime and the right side has a sunny sky.
I think of that when I want to stay in a positive mindset.

I'm not moody, but when things seem to be getting wacky I just tell myself that God is in control and all I can do is trust him.

I wake up every morning thanking god for keeping me alive and pray to keep me alive one more day, i m a sport enthusiast so i have lots of different things to do for my self, adventure, activities are part of my profession, i meet everyday different people (nutrition)counseling them regarding their health issues, some people affected by deadly diseases through which they are trying to live each day with pain in them.I feel very happy when people are cure because that's the time when they know the value of time they were diseases free. That shows me how it makes a difference to enjoy what you have, don't think about what you going to do tomorrow or thinking about long term plans, think about the day you have in your hand because its not going to comeback once it is gone, so enjoy it..
