The Best Drawing Markers

The best markers are the ones that are reliable and give quality results, but like anything the best markers are quite expensive, but there are also cheaper alternatives.

The first markers are the high end and professional double ended markers from Prismacolor

I've heard a good amount of feedback and read reviews on what people think about these art markers and the results are very positive, with a combination of broad tip and fine tips these are very versatile markers for drawing with.

And the results when used give a clear color streak and produce professional results, although I have not used these myself yet. these would be the top choice based on others reviews of art markers.

Washable Crayola Art Markers

Crayola is my second choice for decent art markers and felt tips in their range, the colors look quite good once applied to paper, with clean usually streak free depending on the type of paper you use.

These markers are washable so if you buy them for your kids then they will wash out of clothes, I've found this a good option to buy art markers for kids or the artists who are likely to make a mess of their clothes whilst drawing.

Mr Sketch Art Markers My Favourite Marker To Draw With

Mr sketch markers are one of top best markers that I draw and colour with, the ease of use and colour strength that results after use is comparable to prismacolour marker pens in equal quality based on artists reviews of Prismacolor markers.

I've never bought a large marker box pack yet, as I prefer to order the smaller packs each and every time, with any good markers you want the colors to be bright and vibrant and with the washable kind they make it easy to clean up afterwards if you are a messy artist(like Me)

I'll share this information with my grandkids who use markers quite a bit for school, especially the prismacolor. I never heard of these before.

I have used a combination of all of these types of markers. Great review with concise info on each type of marker.

Cheers.

I have been using biros alot in some of my sketch designs as you can shade and add tone with them too, in fact I have a hub page in the works about drawing with cheap black biro pens.

Art markers are now my preferred method of utilizing color in my artwork, and I have used them for a number of years. I definitely prefer Prismacolor markers to the old Design Markers. Staedtler Mars and Tombo both made a "brush marker" that I liked; an art marker with a soft, pliable tip. Staedtler's brush marker was better than the Tombo marker, but Tombo had some nice colors and I used them both.

I like Crayola's markers, their colors are quite nice and I have added them to the markers I use.

Nice hub post, by the way.

I like any types of markers that colour artwork with bright brilliance and do not leave streaks.

It's a shame that some don't have the option of getting refill cartridges or something as I just hate to waste the marker pen shells by throwing them away.

Cheers for your comment Mike!!
