To worry or not to worry
Everybody worries sometimes but....
To worry yourself out of your mind is an undermining occupation. You are occupied by problems ore problems that may occur. Your mind is running on and it seems hard to escape this line of thought. Thoughts like;" what if, but if". This habit of thought sticks on you like honey, till the moment you can't feel sure about anything and don't feel secure anymore. Life is full of uncertainties. But the clue is, to see everything in a true perspective

30% things from the past
22% things that isn't worth worrying about
4% things we can't change
4 % things we can change
Often we start to worry out of fear. Just wanting to know how things are coming to an end, afraid of losing control of the situation. The less confidence you have, the more you want to stay in control. It's a feeling of vulnerability and impotence at the same time. The more you have this feeling, the more you give yourself a reason to start worrying.
It's a special kind of fear, with many faces;
- Self-criticism (what if I didn't say that, I'd better done that)
- Perfectionism (you just want everything to be perfect, so nothing can't go wrong)
- Control (you want to do everything yourself, If you do it right, it will be right)
What does it to you?
You won't gain anything positive, only negative. It's draining you energy and because of that, you often have less to offer. Who's full with worries, gets agitated or angry faster. People, who worry too much, suffer a lot. It can even make them sick.
People, who worry, often don't know how to stop this. Even when most of the time, there's nothing to worry about. Often they are very smart and have a big imagination. But somewhere down the road this person made it a habit to worry. So much that they even can't get a good night of sleep. The worriers are mostly caring people, and there worries about other people, is their way of showing affection.
Worriers are often damaged trough life. It's hard for them to believe or have faith. Living on the edge, they often wonder what will happen next. Always ask themselves questions like: "what did that phone call really mean, what was he/she really saying, when will life be easy on me."
" Worry is interest paid on trouble before it is due "
How to stop yourself from worrying you out of your mind
The secret of controlling your worrying is your attitude towards the problems you have.
Is it something you can put your finger on, or is it something that makes you suffer and what only happens to you. You've made it your habit, but you can break yourself out of this habit too. And you can break it if you want too. It won't happen overnight, it will take some time, but you can do it.
It's hard to break out of a habit, but it's not impossible
"Do not worry about things falling into place, where they fall, is the right place"
Tips
If you start to worry, ask yourself what you can do and start on doing something.
Just start to walk, or run up and down the stairs, take a shower to wash your trouble away, talk to someone or write a letter( or a hub), do something you'll like, sing, read, listen to some music or cry and let your tears take your troubles with them.
If you have a problem, don't spend all day thinking and worrying about it. Just spend 15 minutes, write down your possibilities and let go. And when you worry about it again, tell yourself you will respond on that tomorrow. Just think that you gave it the attention it needed, and there is nothing else you can do for the time being. And the next day, you'll do the same thing over again. No more than 15 minutes.
Feel confident instead of being afraid and try to focus on the good thing that happens. Speak in a positive manner at and to yourself."I can do it, everything will be just fine".
