It is currently in beta and offers content based advertising to a wide variety of publishers. It also offers ads in RSS feeds and lets the publisher receive a share of the revenue generated by each qualified click on the ads. It also offers the option of transfering revenue directly to your Yahoo! Search Marketing account.

Once you apply for the program and once they determine whether your site or blog is eligible, you will usually receive a response within 10 business days. To be considered for the Yahoo! Publisher Network beta program, participants must have a valid U.S. Social Security or Tax ID number, and web site content that is predominantly in English and targeted at a U.S. user base.
