   Does sharing with others in your writing, give you a feeling of satisfaction and seem worthy to you?
   
   As a hub contributor, I am coming up on my 15,000(th) viewing by fellow hubbers; does it make you feel good to know your work is being shared by so many, and hopefully, to help them in a positive way?

   It usually depends on how confident you are as a writer. If you enjoy your writing, and are confident that the reason for your 15000 views is that others enjoy reading your writing, you should feel good about yourself as a writer. In terms of helping people, I'm sure that out of such a large number, there have been more than a few who have been helped by reading your hubs. Every individual view should feel good because you may have just helped that person. But you've got 15000 views. Yeah, feel proud.

   Absolutely. In my opinion, even negative feedback is better than no feedback. Just the fact that someone viewed one of my hubs helps me to feel that I didn't waste my time. That's the point, for me, anyways, to get someone to read what I've written!
   
   Writing isn't a closet task, where you write in your room alone (well, actually, it is) but when others read your work, you are allowing it to be seen by a fresh pair of eyes. They see what you've created differently, for isn't it true that your thoughts are your reality, and the outside world is a mirror? Does the beautiful blossoming flower not glow more beautifully when you're in a happy mood?
   
   When you realize what your work looks like to others, you gain insight, and can write new and improved ideas.
   
   To me, 15,000 views is absolutely wonderful, no matter what disposition each individual viewer had. That's the attention of 15,000 people, for whatever reason. You're doing something right, and I congratulate you. That's a wonderful accomplishment in my book.

   It is very humbling when I stop and think about how many people have read and commented on my writing. When I began this journey I never thought about the numbers. I wrote for the joy of writing and when people starting commenting I was thrilled at the interactions. It helped me become a better writer and the suggestions and responses I receive are very appreciated. For me it was the 10,000 views mark that made me realize how many people my writing was reaching. As I said before it is very humbling and I would add very gratifying as well.

      I am with Point2make on this, it is very humbling to have others follow your work and support you.  I appreciate every follower I have.  Their feedback is so valuable to me in knowing if my writing is on target, needs some adjustment or helpful.

   Yes, it does indeed. However, I'd like everyone out there to know that I am open to negative comments (in a polite manner) because it is human to err and we do learn from our mistakes. However, can a camel see her own hump. No, not usually unless she stops for water or another camel points it out.

      My thoughts exactly. When somene tells you "it's good," well, that's nice, but it doesn't allow you to make any improvements.

      Garifalia... I took a look at some of your hubs. It definitely seems like you have a lot of meaningful stuff to write about. It's all interesting. If you're getting over a thousand views a month using ACTUAL writing, you are very successful.
