Some people have problem in having creative ideas in the day light as their minds getting ideas only in night. Some brains get beautiful ideas when feel sleepy so they need a notepad everytime to write on.

Oh wow Josh, that's what I said in the comment above. I get many ideas in the middle of the night when I'm sleeping and forget about it when I wake up. Your right, I should a notepad by my bedside and jot it down quickly so I don't forget. Thank you!

It depends on what I'm working on. I seem to write better hubs if I do it on a weekend morning. When I'm working on a novel, my most productivity come between 7pm and 10pm on any night of the week.

This is very similar to the times I write. I used to be able to write until the wee hours of the morning, but now I can hardly write sensibly after 10pm. Thank you for your comment!

Oddly, I'm not sure I have a time of day for writing. Good question because you made me realize that I used to write more at night, but now I just get random writing urges that come at anytime. I should try to get on a schedule for my own sake!

I get random writing urges too at times, sometime in the middle of the night when I'm sleeping. We should start writing our ideas down when we get an urge so we don't forget about it later. Thank you for your comment!

My writing talent shines mainly in the morning, right after my warm shower and with a steaming hot cup of coffee. I am clear headed and in a great mood. I feel creative and motivated at that time.

      Hi Cristale,

Coffee gets me going too, I always write better with a cup right by my side. The aroma of the coffee helps my mind focus better too.

      Thank you!

I'm a night owl, so mine usually comes at night. There are times I feel creative during the day. I'll just get an idea and run with it. Or maybe a picture or something happening around me inspires me to write. However, it seems 99% of the time, I'm most creative at night.

Interesting question.  Actually, mine varies from early in the morning to late in the evening.  Peace and quiet are crucial.

Usually later in the evening after I realize I haven't written all day.

My brain works best for writing in the late afternoon and evening hours. I have very vivid dreams which also feed my imagination.

just five or so minutes before I fall asleep so I go to bed speculatively with a dictaphone and narrate stuff to myself so I don't forget

Whenever I have had the  most coffee and everyone else is doing something that doesn't require my person, money or thought; that is my most creative time.

Early in the morning when I first wake up. I seem to think very clearly then and often will edit something I have written perviously.
